Order confirmation

After the website creates an order code, the order remains pending until accepted by the café. You can track it using the order code and the private access key shown after checkout.

Payment

Payment is available by cash, QR or bank transfer following Gấu Kafe’s instructions. Please verify the recipient name and amount before making a transfer.

Delivery and pickup estimates

Typical estimates after acceptance are 25–35 minutes for delivery and 15–25 minutes for pickup. Weather, traffic, distance and order volume may affect timing.

Changes and cancellations

Call or message us on WhatsApp immediately if you need a change. We will try to help before preparation begins. Once food preparation or delivery has started, a change or cancellation may no longer be possible.

Support

For missing, incorrect or quality-related items, contact us promptly with your order code and a photo where possible. Gấu Kafe will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution.
